Rules and Regulations 

If  you  have  questions  or concerns that you don't find the answer to within this page, please  don't  hesitate  to  ask  any of the National Monster Xtreme Advisory Board or your National Titleholder. We want you to be successful and hope that this guide will help you on your journey to becoming the next National Monster Xtreme!

Rules and Regulations

1.         All Contestants must have reached the age of 21 by the first day of the National Contest. Proof of Age is required through either a State Issued ID, Government Identification Card, or an Official Passport.

2.        There Are no gender rules that apply to this contest. You can be Male, Female, transgender, non-binary, androgynous etc.  We are in a new age, and we want to celebrate diversity and inclusion of all.

3.        All contestant(s) must be in their appointed place at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in administrative points being deducted from their final score.

 

4.        In the category of High Monster Fashion, contestants are required to choose music to walk to. Music must be no more than (2) three minutes in length and presented on a flash-drive and the label must be clearly marked as Fashion.

 

5.        Talent Presentation will be limited to (7) minutes. With a total time of four (4) minutes to set up and tear down any props used during talent.  Any form of talent, except those that can cause harm to the audience, contestant etc. No fire water, excessive glitter or live animals will be permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS. All talent music must be presented on the same Flash drive as music for High Monster Fashion, and the label must clearly be marked as Talent.

 

6.        Fake Blood is permitted within the system. However, guidelines by each venue will vary.

 

7.         Any   contestant(s), Contestant(s), dancers, dresser  etc.  Caught in the act of stealing or tampering with another contestant's belongings will be immediately disqualified from the competition and escorted out of the host venue, and a course of legal action may be taken. In addition, the disqualified contestant will be banned from the System for no less than two (2) years.

 

8.        Only a contestant(s) dresser will be allowed within the dressing room at any given time.

Dancers will  be allowed  (15) fifteen  minutes prior  to the  start of  Talent Category.  If a contestant is asked to remove extra people from their area and fail to do so, administrative points will be deducted.

 

9.        All contestant(s) are required to arrive (30) minutes before the official check in time.

 

10.       In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will go to the winner of High Monster Fashion.

 

11.        Once a contestant qualifies to compete at the National Monster Xtreme National Pageant as the Winner, 1st Alternate, or 2nd Alternate, they must attend. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of, and cash monies must be returned to the promoter of the preliminary in which the contestant qualified, and the contestant will also be banned from system for two (2)    years.  Only exceptions will be in the case of emergencies.

 

12.       National Monster Xtreme, KRad Productions reserves the rights to make decisions regarding any manners not mentioned within these Rules and Regulations.
